The planto pro weed mat or weed barrier serves as a natural protection against unwanted weed growth. The thick fleece -in conjunction with a strong layer of mulch- makes it almost impossible for unwanted plants to germinate and grow without having to use toxic chemicals! Preventing weeds is so easy with planto.

Installing the weed mat is quite simple: spread the eco-friendly geotextile across the flowerbed, (first remove existing weeds thoroughly) and cut  cross-shaped slots through which you push the plants that shall remain or plant new ones.

Then cover the weed control fabric with a thick layer of bark mulch, straw, gravel or the like. Warmth and moisture will stay in the ground  longer -that way it saves you labor, time and water.
